Shipping Policy
We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
All items are shipped within 3-5 business days of your order date.
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. Once your payment has been processed and verified, our team will ship your order within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please ensure that correct abbreviations are used and your shipping information has been inputed properly as we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. We encourage you to include your email address just in case you need to be contacted if any issues with order arise.
If the package is returned as non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
International Delivery Times Vary:
We ship USPS and/or UPS. Shipping rates vary depending on location and weight. You can find out your actual shipping cost at check out. Prices on our site are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time your order is placed. All applicable customer fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of product, the shipping option you choose, and distance from our warehouse.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Pierre Jeanty, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivered But Not Received:
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Pierre Jeanty does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for production and shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee.
If you cancel order after your order has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee + Shipping & Handling fees.
Refund Policy on Digital Products
When a refund is requested on the purchase of a physical product, the product is returned and the money refunded.
However when a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in their possession indefinitely. Therefore, our automatic software doesn't allow refunds on electronic products because they are delivered instantly to your email.
